Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. He's made major inroads globally towards Latin pop. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 won a Colombian Kids Choice Award as The Most Popular Song for the year 2017. in Medellin, Sony distributed La Industria Inc. and released ADN for his debut full-length album. The album peaked at the rank of eight in the Top Latin Albums charts. Vaina Loca the album that was one of the Top Five smash hit in 2010, also featured Noriel alongside Ozuna. Mala Influencia was his collaborative effort with Noriel in 2020. In the following calendar year Dopamina became his second album. Later in 2021, he performed as a duo with TINI on her streaming smash song Maldita Foto. He appeared in 2023 with 2000, which included the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo is a musician born in a musical home. His parents and brothers were both musicians. In interviews, Turizo declared that music is a must. As a child, was playing the ukulele as well as piano. The first choice for his career was to become a vet, but his brother Julian encouraged him to learn singing with a Cuban teacher. It was the result that he discovered his own talents for singing, and the result transformed his career path.
